I used my iPhone as a wifi signal for my brother and he got reset for cheating be careful when using

Wait, reducing influence is considered cheating? That's not gonna be fun for all of ec3, gc3, cms, thug life, etc. Low influence is in baby and it's here to stay!!!

It's simple: spoofing (GPS and UDID) uses an external tool to hack your device's location. It's a very clear violation of the "tools and scripts" part of the TOS. It also gives cheaters advantages that other players don't get, such as placing turf anywhere and invites. The penalty is high to serve as a deterrence to anyone who might consider it.
