I thought the owner was asked his opinion?Anyone know if that's correct?I don't see a problem with what Chics said. So what if Cathy said he is for heterosexual or "traditional" marriage. Good for them.
The thing that gets me, as a gay man, is the uprising FROM the public about THE PUBLIC. Every man or women is entitled their opinion and say in the matter. That is what myself and many more like me have fought for. The freedoms in this country we all take for granted soooo much. We think, just because we have a right to free speech, that everyone wants to hear it. They don't.
So to those AGAINST Chics Fil A (or however you spell it), please just look at the big picture. So a rich guy isn't for gay marriage. So what. America wasn't for desegregation, but they got over it. For the most part.

They can act on those feelings but it would be sinful.

I would hardly call this hate... I wouldn't even call what they are doing as discrimination. They aren't denying any service to any gays and they are going out with their knifes and pitchforks to kill them. just because someone speaks out against gays doesn't mean they hate them. At all.

Albeit this is a true statement, the "rules" King James put in place for the Bible still applied to even the NIV. Please tell me the last time you read the Gospel of Judas. Because, once again a sin, I am atheist but have read the bible front to back. Not many Christians can say that. Please allow yourselves to be educated in your topic before you come to debate.Kevster ๐บ๐ธ๐๐ซ wrote:

I just find it hard to believe that anyone could call it a sin to love someone. And to your "man fits with woman" argument, why did God create gay and lesbian people in the first place then? I just don't understand how it is a sin to love and believe the way you do. If you love someone, man or woman, you love them and that shouldn't be questioned. End of story for me.

I am a Christan and this is how I see it. If I say blue is the best color ever and you say purple is the best color ever, we disagree. We aren't judging each other... I still love you for liking purple more than blue, i just don't agree with you. No judgement, just disagreement. I will not compromise blue as my favorite color just to please you, but I will still love you no matter what your favorite color is .It's what I'm called to do--lov
