Anyone ever read about this?
I love conspiracy theories, probably a little too much, but even I was a little shocked when I came across this. Crazy stuff.

I kno what mkultra is. Its high in cbd lol. Wut.
-
I believe greenman went over this a couple months back. I'll try looking for the thread since I remember he and another player named mkultra were talking about it.

Yep, the government/military detaining civilians of its own country to conduct science experiments on... Sounds familiar...
On the bright side a bunch of people got free LSD!
If we learn anything from this aside from the obvious, it's that if the lawmakers don't understand something they should leave it the fu-- alone. Kinda like how they don't understand the Internet and computers evident in the SOPA hearings but still want a say in controlling/monitoring it.
-
Apparently the unibomber was one of its victims
-
You should read "Acid Dreams: The Complete Social History of LSD: The CIA, the Sixties, and Beyond". Amazing read. Crazy shit.

Not a conspiracy theory, our government has admitted to the project. Unless you want to get into the theories of why so many documents were destroyed and possible other experiments and incidents it may relate too or if it may even be active today in some form?Anyone ever read about this?

Exactly! I'm thinking that they got smart and just give pharmaceutical companies free passes and basically test on the unknowing public. Much less suspicious than a controlled environment test.
Theres a whole bunch of RX drugs that have clearly not been tested very much and we are the first generation using them so I guess we will have to wait and see what happens to us and our offspring.
I take two Types of these relatively new pills daily so I'm hoping that everything turns out alright.

I have no doubt it exists in some form today, why wouldn't it? The DoD has a nearly 1 trillion dollar budget, 1 trillion dollars can fund a lot of stuff no matter how one slices itNice Natalie wrote:

Well most mind control now is done through media outlets and other less penetrating mediums. But that doesn't mean they aren't still testing other things on unsuspecting people.
-
Loololol. MK Ultra is a good friend of mine. Maybe some ppl know him. But he is inactive....😢

Nice weed ...

When I first saw this thread i thought it was gonna be about mortal kombat, lol

This might hit a lil to close to home but, im sure most of us have heard of the 9-11 conspiracy!? Only three buildings in history that ever burned to the ground, missle hit pentagon... Makes ya think...
-
Oh and the airplane insurance policy put on the towers literally months prior to the attack... Ppl heard explosions prior to the towers decent... Theres all kinds of sketchy stuff that happened on that horrible day...
-
Sorry for the major Segway, this is the first i have heard of mkultra ill look in to it tho...
-
9/11 conspiracy theories... Those are legitimate nut jobs. That's a real "conspiracy theory" because it's certainly baseless, spread by ignorance, and obviously completely fantasy.
MKULTRA is not a conspiracy theory. It is declassified fact. Nobody denies it. It was a failed CIA drug and psychological testing program that used both knowing and unknowing test subjects to see if LSD or other mind altering drugs could be used for interrogation or manipulation of human subjects. The drugs were legal at the time. The stink of it was the fact that people were experimented on without full disclosure. It lead to at least one death and numerous "incedents".
FFTKAT: "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" (awesome movie) was written by one of the test subjects, who was experimented on while he was a mental ward inmate.
-
I don't believe this, but I don't mind kicking around the idea that asks: what if the 9-11 terrorists were manchurian candidates?
-
Here comes the 9-11 nutjobs to ruin a thread. Herp explosions, derp missiles. I had firefighter brothers that went to both sites. I'd refute your dumb assertions with facts but I've found it gets worse the more you show the truthers what's wrong with their claims.
-
Mkultra, project rainbow, area 51, and plenty others initially came out with some "nut job" with a bunch of "facts" starting a conspiracy! it was long after that they were finally proven, so keeping an open mind doesnt make you dumb, a closed mind however may!

Project Rainbow is not a "conspiracy", it is a benign military project.
Area 51 is not a "conspiracy". It is an airfield for testing classified aircraft, a benign military project.
Any talk of alien spacecraft, government mind control, invisible ships and aircraft, or 9-11 being an inside job is bat-shit insane. There's a difference.
The definition of conspiracy has been hijacked, so I'll use it your way.
-
Haha, ok moving on... mkultra reminds me of the opening scene from pineapple express...
-
Was MKUltra an open secret? Or was it deliberately hidden? My parents didn't know about it, until I told them about it. I know my parents aren't the ultimate authority, but I'm wondering how many people knew about this? If you need to get a top secret clearance to know about the true objectives, I'd say that's a conspiracy.
