  And anyone that thinks that punk/hc/whatever was dead by the nineties either wasn't there or wasn't paying enough attention. There was great stuff all over during that time. Discord in dc, subpop in the nw, lookout/gilman st in the bay area... And here in NYC bands like gorilla biscuits, sick of it all, sheer terror, etc were fucking killing it.

  I guess I'll go with Linkin Park because they don't wear mascara, or eyeliner, or guyliner, whatever it's called. Dudes wearing cover girl makeup is weird.
