The oldest know BORG, Ernest Borgnine, has passed
away at the tender age of 95. Let's take a moment to honor this legendary BORG....

Thank you. -
Prolly not too many youngins on here know who he is. Who's next Don Rickles?
-
Sorry of your lost. At least he got to experince life for 95 years.

H, you know Z is right..... that just went over about 90% of the players heads. Hollywood lost a legend, (WAY) back when actors could act this gent was near the top.

NOOOOO!!The youngins may know him as the voice of either mermaid man or barnacle boy on spongebob, forget which one.
But on a serious note, rest in peace, Ernest.

Aw damn. A Hollywood legend. RIP Ernest
-
So sorry , prayers and kind thoughts sent your way !
-
Stan it was McHale's Navy not Hogan's Heroes. But you get two points for the attempt.
-
For the younger ones, he voiced mermaid man in spongebob.

First Dick Clark, then Andy Griffith, then Ernest Borgnine. Not a good year for some our oldest and most loved movie and TV icons. Since things usually come in threes, maybe some of the others will be allowed to stay with us awhile longer.

I'll always remember him in the dirty dozen. A class act amid many other stars in that film. A top actor.

I immediately thought about Red when I heard he died and was sad he wouldn't be in the upcoming sequel (unless they already filmed it).randombloke wrote:
