  I'm just catching up from yesterday. Sorry to disappoint you, but that had nothing to do with her being your wife. It had to do with her starting a V on Belial & staying low inf so she couldn't be capped. At the time, it also looked more like a second account of yours rather than someone else playing.

  She planted plenty of turf. Her inf was too low to cap, so when exactly did I cap all her turf?

  "Our" means, in this case, Gmoney and whoever else was in the Vendetta with him, not necessarily SmokeMonster or any other particular person. So don't try to put words in other people's mouths.

  I don't know about your statement, I think that their gameplay is what this game needs and they have my respect! I'm pretty sure they have more friends then enemies on the map!

  I remember a lot of public outcry when Putz went after Batel instead of Turf Warrior. What's the difference in this case (other than there are 2 people going after attrition instead - Flossin & GMoney)?

  Hmmm... I am not familiar with the case law that you are citing , however.. I would argue that in THAT case, the defendants mother was not informed of the situation...

  We would like to submit as further evidence of a "difference" in cases the following:

  While some people would like to believe that "they" are the cause of such actions for whatever reason...

  The truth is that this action has been in the works for months.. As the defendants whered capped out of Berlin when they were at the time smaller.

  The recent events only served as a reminder of that situation...

  If your "further evidence" is supposed to be directed at me, it doesn't make any sense. In the past, the only place place I've capped the 2 of you out of is Houston. I'm pretty sure attrition has never capped either of you.

  2) That us planning to attack attrition in response to his unprovoked capping in Berlin also never happened in the previously cited case.

  I would have to ask him to be sure, but he would have no reason to cap you out of Berlin. Unless you had a defensive penalty, Flossin, I know he would not have been able to cap you since late December/early Jan when you got your Brens & hench. I will certainly ask him if he did, but why don't you show me some ss as proof on Pal? Also - are you accusing him of capping you both out of Berlin?

  Both our mothers? I can only speak for mine as I had dinner with her two nights ago and showed her the video from GMoney's mom. I then showed her the forum and told her exactly that and more.

  Also, there are people reading this thread that know this to be true, because I sent them pictures from the dinner on PAL

  ^ By proof I mean proof that he capped you and/or GMoney out of Berlin.

  I looked at his turf list. He prefers to keep the turf he caps rather than tear them down. I couldn't find any turf from either of you.

  You know I saw you in Maryland; that's where I capped you. I do have a ss of GMoney with attrition's turf in DFW. I haven't looked to see if he's set up in Cali or not.
