Maybe he is just trying to see who the "work out" type of players are on the game so they can talk gym stuff. :)I don't know if he's bragging or not.

I do! But I only workout 1 finger. Sometimes my wrists & arms get a little sore though. But I work that finger to the bone punching codes. 😂😂

I have to agree with warlord here. 1 bc unless ur training to be a fighter or a professional body builder then there is no way u should or would work out that Long. I personally lifts weights 5 days a week. now this is my opinion but 1 hour to an hour and half is the most effective workout routine. But again just my opinion. So I do not know what type/ form of exercise you are gonna be doing for 7/8 hours a day but good luck. lol😏 and on a side not the only reason pro bodybuilders train that long anyway's is because there on roids anyhow...ㄎңձժø൰ (YW)🔫🔴🌆 wrote:

Maybe they run long distance. It is possible to work out for 7-8 hours without being a bodybuilder. I go to the gym 4 days a week but I run every morning and night about 2 -3 miles.
-
7-8 hours is a bit too harsh, especially if you do it everyday (long distance runner, or not). But I lift 6 days a week, about an hour (excluding rest periods). I just recently stopped traditional specific body part workouts per day and started full body workouts (mostly a combination of Intensity and P90). Very different and challenging, but it's been fun!
Oh, I take Caseine every night so I guess that's working out too since it keeps me on the anabolic phase 😜
