The only workout I get is the physical strain of a daily life.

Doing insanity. It's an ass kicker. Lift some and run a bit. Enjoy hiking too, sometimes for 7-8 hours even. Lol. If you're in the gym 7-8 hours a day you're doing it wrong; unless you work there.

I pump iron everyday and jog. I play varsity Soccer, Basketball, and Track for my high school!

Still questionable. A marathon can be done in under 4 hours by the average person that trains for it (trains hard that is).Maybe they run long distance. It is possible to work out for 7-8 hours without being a bodybuilder. I go to the gym 4 days a week but I run every morning and night about 2 -3 miles.

I do a taekwondo summer camp that lasts for about 7 hours. In that, there are lunch and rest breaks that make it end up at about 4-5 hours of workout. After the camp ends, I stay for the actual taekwondo class. This is an extra 3 hours of workout. Plus, if I arrive early on Monday's and Wednesday's, I am forced to take part in a one hour xft workout. It is brutal. Today was day one, with 5 miles, 2k kicks, 2k situps, 200 pushups, weights, and a gymnastics part that is extremely tiring. It will get worse as the summer progresses. I work out, everyday till friday, from 6pm to 10pm. I drink this weight gainer that have 56 grams of protein, with 560 cal. I lift weights than i go on the elliptical or tredmill for an hour, losing around 700 cal. And i only eat once or twice a day.

Ok well that answers what I was geting at then. All I'm trying to say is that if you was to lift weights or something for that long. The effects on your body would do way more harm then good. As for other activities such as what you mentioned. Well you gotta do what you gotta do. I personally would not do all that because It would be a pain In the ass as a bodybuilder to get all the caleries I need. While doing all that. lol

Yer I train 5 days a week, couple hours a day at the health club I can do weight cardio and swimming plus they have stream rooms etc.

I am at said camp right now. We just finished running 2 miles, followed by 3k kicks, and a lot of pushups. Right now were doing wall stretches, and it hurts like hell. This will be followed by more kicks, then lunch.
