No, no he was not. Bin laden actually offered the support of his men to the Saudi Arabians to defend Kuwait from the iraqi forces. So no, they are not 'best friends'. Moron.Jacksie wrote:

so you think that by giving them a fair and just trial will make them more merciful?! Because that's bullshit! These are friggin terroists they are hellbent on killing as many of us that they can no matter what so why on earth would we give them the oppurtunity to kill us!?SCARS MURDA wrote:
We need to be better than they are. While it's one's gut reaction to want this kind of revenge, in the long run giving them a fair and just trial will both undermine the filth they spew in their home country as well allow us to keep our dignity.someone who thinks 9/11 terrorists and any terrorist against the united states in alquida should have 0 rights whatsoever
Look how the internment of the japs makes us look as a nation today!

This thread is almost a joke with some of scars responses.
Scars, did you know that Osama and saddam were both trained by the US? Osama's probably got an extremely high iq too(not that I support him) -

Well said, sir.Someone once said no one can destroy America but Americans. The argument that universal civil rights should not be extended to certain people is a step in that direction. The US constitution enumerates the rights of all human beings, not just US citizens. Those accused of crimes must be given a chance to prove their innocence, this is a cornerstone of our national identity. Be careful what rights wish to take from others, in the end you are taking them from yourself.
This is exactly it. No matter who or what crime, all people should be given a fair trial. Without that, we are no better than the terrorists, condemning people to death without valid reason.

I think there is alot of stuff that none of us will ever understand about 9/11. It was a very sad day and always will be.
However those towers fell a lil to perfectly....
Can't get that out of my mind and it makes one question the whole situation. -

Crazy jihad-driven Shi'ite Islamic Extremesits for no real reason but to serve a crazy twisted version of the same God that Jews, Ba'ahis(?), Christians and Muslims worship. There actions are sick and they need to face the ultimate punishment. But we donot need to take it out on the peaceful Muslims.
Sorry for yheb poor grammer

They're was little~to~no justice for the British.
They're was little~to~no justice for the Japanese.
Even then we took innocent lives. Now we plan just to pursue the enemy.
