While I never hit an emotional bottom like you, I never thought I'd live to see 30, so I can relate somewhat. Some things get finer with age, and for many, life is one of them. Keep walking forward always, bruh.

I still feel sick today..my head feels like its gonna explode..help is all I can write...please help...the food is horrible still...but I learned in group, that suicide, is a perminant fix for a temporary problem... Thats fucking bull shit, the fact im a screw up and not worth anything is a perminant problem

I had to crawl into a car today...she was pregnant, I got the child, I lost the wife, I had to look in the husbands eyes..I felt true sorrow, yet happiness at the same time, such conflicting emotions

Idk why I'm still writing in this diary, it is pointless, I'm happy right? Why do I keep writing...Idk it just seems pointless right now, just a chore, but I do it so much, it's a habit, my life isn't complete if i don't write.
