It's called Hollywood, in some movies it will show satanic rituals being performed with the pentagram and everything. And because of hollywood and depicting the symbol to be evil, people will associate that symbol of being evil.Carpenter wrote:

Take other peoples gods and turn them into devils and demons.
How can you convert a symbol of love, peace and harmony into a satanic and evil symbol?!
It's just makes everything else they say untrustworthy. -

Every 8 years venus projects a perfect 5 pointed star. ✂

I would have to say my own religion

Yea I actually used to think that pentagrams were evil because of satanic rituals but I actually learned in church that there original meaning was the symbol of love.

I'm sorry, but Easter cannot be claimed by anyone but Christians. It is the only Christian holiday that actually coincides with the actual date of the actual alleged events.
It was not like Christmas, which was obviously designed to cover up a pagan holiday, or Halloween, same.
Easter is the third day after Passover, the actual lunar date of the ressurection as recorded.
So all you pagans and wanna-be historians can shove your alternate origins of Easter up your asses.
Now... Rabbits, eggs, grass, and even church steeples... Yes, pagan.
The date? No.

Many, many years ago. The catholic church wanted more and more power, and paganism is and was a religion, the catholics saw the pagans as a threat. So they got rid of them, the catholic church burnt 5million pagans at the stake in 300 years.
Also, catholics started sexism towards women too...
-
They stated that women were evil because eve gave in too temptation.
The left hand of god is a man, the right hand of god is a woman. So gods right side was female, ever noticed how they say terrorists/wrong doers are far right activists?
They believed so much that women were evil that they damned all women(even the priestess')
-
Good old Catholics!

Huh, so it was the Catholics. I always thought sexism went way back into the "old testament". Explain why Jews are sexist. Even the not-so-orthodox synagogues have separate, walled-off (usually curtained-off) seating for women. They stated that women were evil because eve gave in too temptation.

And the left-right thing is just nutso. Left-right politics came out of the 1789 French Revolution. It was a seating arrangement, not a religious thing. They stated that women were evil because eve gave in too temptation.

Explain the history of the word sinister, and then tell me again how the right hand is the bad one.
-
The word sinister can mean Left or the Left-side.
But thats the problem with history. People will always have different opinions, most of history is guessed.
Like a friend of a friend went too jerusaleum, and they dont actually know which tomb jesus was re-surrected in(theirs two)

Exactly. Ok are you saying Jesus was resurrected in 2 different graves, or there are 2 possible sites that could have been the tomb.FussyJosh wrote:

I was under the impression it was the left that was viewed as evil. If you were left handed you were thought to be a witch or some sort of evil. So people who were left handed had to learn to write with their right hand.

I'm a protestant christian. I would never be catholic, those traditions are of man, and not of God. I'm raised in a Chritian family. Then about a year ago I hit a major wall. I completely doubted God. Until after that it felt as God chased me back, and assured me through life experiances and strange coincidences that would otherwise be very rare. Same with my sister. The only time I ever have doubts is if it's a dark place (ungodly) it feels as if Satan tries to make me think it's false. Anyways I respect you guys as most christians or think they are, do anything and think they will be forgiven. Also it seems God has exchanged my human ways for more christ like ways. I don't judge, try to be generous, don't cuss. I feel as if it's nothing, but the truth.

That's because the story of the ressurection wasn't written until much later. None of the Gospel authors ever met Jesus or witnessed anything they wrote about. They mostly sourced various stories circulating during and even before the time of Jesus, and many of the books and letters in the "new testament" drew originally from Mark and The Acts of the Apostles, (a two volume set likely written just after 70AD by an anonymous Christian in Syria). The writers didn't know which tomb it was even then. The word sinister can mean Left or the Left-side.
