sara'supeqte from sherry
I am so tired i think i may have already given this info so pleez let me no?Ok not as bad, they were abl to de-vent her, they cant give her much to stop the seizures but low dose phenobarbitol for now, she bit her tongue again so more stitches. But when the seizure was done Sara startled us tet again. She screamed. A full breath's scream. We watched. I watched her, the dr watched the cardio the neuro watched the EEG.Quickly she was in trouble her heart was fluttering and blood ox was zip they paddled her twice she was back
But she was twitching i stayed and asked them to let me no when I could put the medical cream on the paddle burns. I kissed her forehead ans held her hand and she was stil twitching. Good?
This is 2 x she has screamed like that but gone critical like that. I think shes fighting. Its very apparent shes in pain which we can treat as soon as she wakes....... -
I meant sara's update, duh
-
Thanks again for all the updates. Try to take time for yourself too. I know that's hard but it's good to do. Both of you keep fighting hard!
-
Pleez pray to your gods , send energy, meditate..::: whatver you DO tonight. I'm shaking my fist for a miracle for sara......:she deserves a miracle

Thank the Great Ones! When I started lotioning Sara after washing her hair, the twitching turned to deliberate movement! Sara used all her strength to hold my hand and tried to open her eyes but that was just too much. had a beer erlier wth supper and im ready to get in the recliner they put by her bed so i could hold her hand.

Believe me I've cried buckets over this.
Hello Sherry here. I walked into ICU today and saw the most beautiful blue eyes ever Ya saw. They are going to dial down the vent ox to have her own lungs work. She can keep her eyes open and follow a pen. Right now thats it but shes improving leaps, rite? The pin prick has reaction to her hips. Shes a butterfly!
Now we work those lungs, try to use face recognition and hopefully start contact with her.
I STILL read these updates to her so GO TEAM SKY! πππ
Oh 1 more thing, revolver was jibba jabbin with me and asked about the fevers. Well they have been going from 100.5 to 104.8...they have ben giving her neupagen shots so lovely new white blood cells are indeed growing! -

Saras doing great, lungs responding well. She still opens her ryrs and follows things but doesnt seem to recognize anybody which upset me but her neuro said to relax and wait. The CT showed the adriamycin caused brain swelling and heart arrhythmias. Her bloodwork is good enough to start chemo and we are batting that around. I'm being taught how to flex her arms and legs so they do not atrophy. She is so tiny, I can't wait to buy her lobster.
