I'll give the fetish room some consideration. It shall be addressed at the next board meeting. There are many sub points which will need to be discussed in depth. As for pregnant hookahs it is a requirement of the brothel licence that they must be no more than 3 months gone. Once they are 3 months they are to take server and/or admin duties only.
The law is currently under review to extend this allowance by a further 2 months. Until this has been finalised we must stay within the rules.
I hope this clarifies our position with respect to these issues.

That's one of the reasons I would be reluctant to deviate from the 3 month rule if the law does change.
There are far too many complications when dealing with pregnant employees. 😃

Shortbus productions does not discriminate against its employees in any way shape or form. However The pregnancy statute should stand in place as is, to avoid legal complications and litigation that may arise due to certain fetishes that are either unsafe or unhealthy for a near term fetus. It is with this in mind that we subsequently have to terminate fat Raymond as we are no longer sure if he is carrying low or just really really really likes cheeseburgers.
