'Law', because of his profession, 're', as a reference to:, and 'NCE', being the name of his first client.
Together, the words spell his screen name: 'Lawrence'. -

When he was choosing a screen name, he wanted to use in it a picture of a zucchini, but was unable to find one. Being the closest in shape and size to a zucchini, he chose to use the emoji for an eggplant, or rather, eggfruit.
