ʜץƌʀɑ is an interesting character. A mutant not unlike the human politician that Magneto mutates in Xmen, ʜץƌʀɑ can take water form: essentially making it impossible to catch or contain him. He likes to commit crimes at sea: it's a cinch for him to 'swim' out to a large ship and hijack it single handedly: his liquid base nature means that bullets do not hurt him, electricity flows through him without causing damage, and grenades cannot harm him.
The only weapon that is effective against him is a liquid nitrogen grenade: if he is hit by one of those, he will freeze solid and be helpless against bullets, grenades, even sticks and stones. If broken whilst frozen, ʜץƌʀɑ will cease to exist: simply becoming lifeless water as he thaws. -

Mr Big Cat grew up in the rockin' '70s. He was always the cool kid, or 'Kool Cat' as a young fella: regularly wagged school to hang with the other kool kidz. By the time he reached the tender age of nineteen, he'd already begun the weed-inspired movement of The Yawn, and had many followers.
Members of The Yawn dressed in colourful clothing, and had long hair. Basically the socially acceptable hippy, Mr Big Cat liked his women, and rarely stayed with any one girl for longer than a week. Stylish as ever, he managed to keep a great reputation nonetheless, and retains many of his old friends and followers to this day.

I'm afraid I don't know much more about this character: he is not a true mobster, but has friends who sling. He also knows who to call if a customer causes trouble in his restaurant.
I believe his TW name was vodka inspired. -

Add RaiKou is a young, Chinese born lady who lives in America. She loves cool, cloudy days, and tends to dance in the rain. Her only problem is her crippled foot: it acts up on her sometimes. I'm not sure how she damaged her foot so badly, and I'm sure she'd not like me to share even if I did know.
Her invite code is a derivative of 'rain' and 'shoe', and her name is a derivative of that. This is not an uncommon mobbing strategy on TurfWars: advertising your code in your name helps a little. -
