Fatty acids found in animal fat are vital for early brain development. That's why it is in milk. The brain is also made of fatty acids.
Fundamentally, the fat in milk is animal fat.
So what's wrong with animal fat in nutrition again?
...and don't say killing animals is wrong. Almost all animals do it.
When we became primarily agricultural people, we got sick. We got short, our teeth rotted out, and we got fat. We also got depressed. Fat makes happy drugs in our brains.
You can live on grains and vegetables alone, but it is the most difficult way to stay happy and healthy.

Pork is bad for you. It has a lot of nitrates that is difficult for your body to digest. Lean meat is better for you, and yes your body needs the protein and fat to make muscle.
Same thing for veggies. Tomatoes are pretty bad for you(taste like shit too), but some are good for you.Before I play a game I might eat pasta and chicken, or before practice/workout I might eat mashed potatoes, bread, chicken, green beans, etc..
That's is my take on it, what do you think?

Uhhhh... Human milk?Processed foods like sugar and corn syrup, corn flour, soy lechtin... Those processed foods?
Obesity caused by carbohydrates like sodas, french fries, sugary snacks and salty snacks? Bread and pasta overload? That obesity?
People don't get fat avoiding carbohydrate. We get fat indulging in it.
A diet of proteins and saturated animal fat is rare, and it won't make you obese.

Look, you are entitled to eat however you like.
I'd urge you to go watch "Fathead" streaming on Netflix, "King Corn"... Any number of documentaries out there on why we are becoming obese, especially in America.
Plainly: Grains, sugars, vegetable oils, trans fats, and starches. All vegetable.
Meat doesn't enter into it.

And good gravy, don't get me started on the sodium nitrate/sodium nitrite preservative issue.
1. Ubiquitous and harmless.
2. Too much of anything is bad.If you want lots of sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite, all you need to do is consume root vegetables like carrots, or leafy greens like celery or spinach.
Sodium nitrate is in the ground, absorbed by vegetables, and turns into sodium nitrite as it is digested.
But by all means... Avoid cured meats. Don't want too many nitrogen compounds. Better hold your breath, too. 78% nitrogen.
If you prefer nitrate-free hot dogs, they probably use celery juice as a preservative, because it's loaded with sodium nitrate.
Otherwise, the botulism will kill you long before sodium nitrate will.

And mothers milk is good for a baby, cows milk is not. There's a huge difference. I wouldn't want to breast feed from my mother when I was 30, let alone from another species. I'm not saying I hate you because you choose these ways of life, just saying how it's bad because you think it's supposedly healthy for you.

1. Cholesterol is required for life. Nearly every cell in your body is capable of producing cholesterol if needed. It is vital for tissue repair. High cholesterol hasn't even proven to be the cause of heart disease. It sticks where artery tissue oxidizes. It is the result, not the cause.2. Fatty acids are beneficial to health, brain development, mood, and provide energy without insulin overload.
3. Animal protein is the most efficient source of protein in general. That's why animals eat animals.

1) chilesterole lining arteries has been proven in fact to cause heart disease. And you know no plant based foods have any cholesterole? It's because our bodies make the good type while the bad type is derived from animal products.2) I have not done enough research or read enough to comment on the fatty acids. That would be me pulling stuff out my ass.
3 ) It is the most protein dense food, you're right. But it's not the most efficient. There are different types of protein!! Animal protein has been proven to be bad for you while plant bases protein has been shown to be beneficiary. And yes, you can EASILY get the proton you need from plants. Broccoli has more protein than beans. Spinach has protein. You don't need a shit load of protein in your body and if you really wanted its easy to get as much as meat proviedes.
4) and it only has cholesterol, protein, and fat. Seriously. No vitamins or antioxidants. It's worthless!

You need fuel and building blocks. That is:
:Fat (sugar, calories, FUEL, cholesterol (good), other fatty acids)
:Protein (muscle building, etc)
That is the bulk of all your needs.
Vitamins and antioxidants are like fuel additives, not fuel.
You may substitute carbohydrate for fat. (sugar). But I wouldn't.

Meat contains vitamins. Just an example but fish oil is still one of the best sources for omega 3. Meat also contains iron an B vitamins. It doesn't contain vitamin c or other antioxidants but the human body was never meant to run off of only one source of fuel
