It's obvious the community is split between right and wrong. Thanks to everyone who supports my reasons for doing what I have. ✌

Maybe someday you will be someone who matters. Until then, keep trying!

Terms of Service Section B. Paragraph two, last line...
MeanFreePath reserves the right to add, change, suspend, or discontinue the service, or ANY aspect or feature of the Service, without notice or liability.
Nick doesn't owe anyone here an explanation, or reason whatsoever. Sooooo I don't see how anyone can really complain...

So if you bough something from a shop and you wasn't happy with the service provided, the shop doesn't owe you an explanation? You'll roll over and accept it right?💚ǤƦєɛɲՊɑɳҳ℘ℎıƖҽ wrote:

If you stole from the shop than had to give it all back and they gave you a second chance.. And you used the second chance to try and go around the policy and still fuck people over do you think the owner should have to explain their actions? This is like a third chance... I wouldn't argue haha

Nobody is arguing. And excuse me but nothing has been stolen. Whatever happened first time, that was dealt with? It has nothing to do with this. Secondly I didn't go around any policy, I played within the service boundaries. It does still have an effect. Kind of like a perminant record. It's delt with, but it's still there. Same with Nick. As stated before he has the right to add, suspend, or change anything at anytime. So technically he's not going around the policy either. He is just trying to make things as fair as it could be. Unfortunately you are the public example because you have recently been under watch.

If you did nothing wrong, the action has been reversed, and you aren't arguing.... What is this? By playing the game you acknowledge that you are playing under the ToS. Plus the fact that you can't plead ignorance since hundreds of people have seen you mention these terms in the past. You are not a mod. You are a player. You can't win whatever this is regardless. Virtual goods aren't under the same laws as tangible goods. In an online game it's pretty much always been a golden rule that you don't ever own anything. You are renting.

Vadan you keep comparing tw to a store. When you're here you're actually on private property. Think of it more like a night club

@ǤƦєɛɲՊɑɳҳ℘ℎıƖҽ
These clauses are always present in ToS agreements but that still does not relinquish all authority to the owner to make any arbitrary decision they desire. Even in any contract, there are certain rights we as citizens and users hold that cannot be signed away under any contract.For example, a contract can say that by signing it you become my slave for all eternity, and even if you signed it, it doesn't allow me to consider you property because of certain rights you have that I cannot breach.
Of course, this is an extreme example but it is to demonstrate a point. A more pertinent example is that of AT&T throttling data for users who signed an unlimited data contract but after going beyond 2 GB their speeds were slowed dramatically. Their contract had a similar clause allowing them to alter, and or terminate their services at any time. Yet, even though the contract states so, judges have sided with users suing the company even though they signed the contract.
