  You have people sign a 'contract' and then you're going to add limitations later?

  From a legal standpoint you have no right to enforce any of the points of the pledge. Therefore you can add me to your list. I shall rest safe in the knowledge I am not bound by any restrictions.

  Now... I have an overwhelming need to find out if people like PS3 or xbox... Brb

  You say in the document that your are the "appointed" Director!

  The document should also clearly state who appointed you. Who are your shareholders? Investors?

  This is in case it is deemed you are no longer fit for the purpose of the directorship of the company.
