You're a tool. You should know that.
Saying i can't actually hack is another thing. Get a life. Havkers exist. We script our own engines, actually. The ion cannon is the only "free source" you can get that pertains to anon. I swear to you that we are legitimate. And just a little FYI: Anonymous is a conjoined thought, not a group. Ignorant fool, if you don't think i'm part of Anon then don't think i'm part of it. I fully believe in it and support nearly everything that is done. Why is it that the public can't see the good in it all? All they see is viscious hacktivists. You need to google the history of Anon, you'd start to see the things we all do and see we're not the bad guys. -
So far I have not seen any opponents of anon in this thread comment on any negative factual event anon is responsible for, just base less claims the groups make up and actions are illegit due to ignorance or miss information.

Chicken. Your understanding of a protest far undermines the actual meaning. There is no such thing as legal destruction of other peoples property.
Your inability to heed other points of view is another reason I believe you to be full of shit. Your so called collective is supposedly a group of freedom seekers.
Can you see your opinions are somewhat hypocritical and disrespectful to the true meaning of Anonymous.
You continue to TROLL the Internet and spread your words of diarrhoea. I hope you have fun doing it. People like you bring a bad reflection of freedom of speech. Prove me wrong, or will your rebuttal simple be another form of insult and derogatory heap of nonsense?
much then why don't you just leave the thread -

Make a bunch of kids go without PS3 for a few months and take down a few websites?I don't respect any group that engages in the activities that anonymous does.... A terrorist is a terrorist regardless of what " good " they may feel they are doing.

Attacks on federal servers. Department of Justice, FBI etc..
The support of illegal hosting site containing illegal material.
Attacks on Scotland yard communications.... There's more.
Not one of which is/was legal from any point of view.
The only ignorance is that of those who are misled into thinking such things are right an justified as protesting.
It's criminal. It's not a grey area.

The problem I have is that the original anti-Scientology group had a function.
Now we have a million hacker-wannabes screaming at the top of their lungs that they are anonymous.
We have a load of juvenile flunkies doing the bidding of the king flunkies.
What they do now is annoying teen angst bullshit.
Here's why.
People with real skill are gainfully employed using it, and have no time to muck around with wannabe punks and their scripts, pulling off childish pranks for attention.
Hardly the anonymous that started out, I'd say.

There are many splinter groups who adhere to the integrity of what anonymous used to stand for. They use their voice to protest in a peaceful and lawful way.
They walk the streets and shout out. They help others in need of a voice. All the while maintains integrity and anonymity.
Then there's the idiocy of those on the other side of the coin who are overly extreme in what they believe to be right.

We don't destroy property. We take websites down by DDoSing them, most of the time that's only harmless protesting. No real damage done. If i need to make some people that can't see the reasons we do what we do angry in the process of protecting ther rights so be it. My understanding of a protest is that it is an event held by people concerned of a certain event someone has done the directly affects them, and peacefully meeting and trying to resolve it by showing that you care about it and hoping that the people listen without resorting to bribery and/or violence to get your way. I troll the internet? No, i spread my thoughts, and people like you don't agree because you disagree with hacking for whatever reason that might be. You say that i don't heed other points of view, but i do. I simply try to sway their view, because i believe it to be wrong.
-
Chiken, you are absolutely right. The best way to win people over is to inconvenience them by taking down a website that they use and then spout bullshit in their face.
-
Just because you all gang up to say i'm wrong doesn't make me believe any less in what i fight for, i couldn't care less that 3 people over a game forum tell me i'm a teen juvenile for protecting freedom of speech. That's fine. But we're the people making a difference, not sitting around saying the worlds a horrible place. We're actually doing something about it.

I don't doubt for a second you actually believe this. In a way it's admirable you do.
That said, the destruction/disruption to another persons website IS wilful damage to another person/s property. It IS illegal and it IS an aggressive act.

I don't and can't hack, I'm in the care sector, i also help organise RL protests based around the issues I work with, cuts to services, abuse ect one of my first stops when I want to raise awareness of an event is anonymous, they alwase help and turn up, can't ask for more than that.

Those are the the ones who do actually server a purpose to society and should be credited with the upmost respect.
It's the silly little script kiddies that bring shame on the original values.

Without us "silly little kiddies" nobody would care. Hate to break it to you but we get the media's attention that feeds the RL protests. It's something that's a circle of sorts, like on the 16th when we protest at all sony buildings: They wouldn't have any attention if it weren't for the people that hacked sony in the first place.
