At the risk of humiliating myself, I want some advice on this topic. I'm looking to shed a few pounds.
Also, has anybody heard about this HCG diet?

I have a good diet for man and women.
This may hurt I'll get my health card ready.

Download myfitnesspal for your iPhone. It helps you see how many calories you need and how many calories you eat during the day. It's helped me change the way I eat and I've dropped a lot of weight. Good luck to you. You'll feel so much better.

Well Im a bodybuilder so my Maine goal is to gain weight but when off bulks and I'm cutting u just gotta watch what u eat such as empty carbs and sugars and such things eat food with a high amount of protein and I sugest u start lifting weights the first few months ull burn fat and build muscle at the same time but once u have been doin it for awhile like 2 years like myself then that don't happen anymore lol but my over all advice is stay active don't eat aloof fast food or grease logged foods and make sure that u want it bc u need dedication!!!! Oh and don't take diet advice from the overweight. Never could understand why some of them think they need to throw their 2 cents on the matter.
A lot of your plan will have to do with your goal. Do you wanna lose 10 pounds 30 pounds 80 pounds. But I'd go with weightlifting like big black said.

Go jogging for 30 minutes 5 times a week. Boom. And unless you eat like a herd of rabid pigs, you probably don't have to diet much. Just watch the empty calories of soda and processed sweets.

Everything is okay to eat as long as it is in moderation. To say you can't drink any soda or eat any junk food is outrageous. You need to keep those things and use them as rewards. Yes it is important to watch what you eat but it is more important to exercise. I spend 2 hours in the morning swimming, 45 minutes during lunch running or biking, and another hour and a half at night in the gym and I eat anything I can get my hands on. It's all about burning more calories than you consume in a day. But don't put the label diet on it, that will discourage you. Start off slow if you haven't been working out for a while to avoid injury and gradually increase the intensity of your workouts. Not only will you lose weight but you will notice a big change in your mood.

Also try to eat 5 smaller meals a day instead of 3 large meals, this helps keep your metabolism up.
