It sounds stupid but herbalife makes a few good cheaters . I use there tea which is a powder you add to water and it burns 80 calories per serving plus I already have a strict diet but when I know I'm going to cheat they have a natural pill call thermobond that you take 20 minutes before eating and it helps your body absorb up to 80% of the fats etc and you crap it out.. The key mentioned are eat lots of protein. Try multiple small meals. Stay away from processed/bleached food. My main fluid intake is water besides an awesome beer and excercise. I saw p90x mentioned I found it easier to do once I had my diet under control.

Consume less and burn more! Ok if that were true would those people that do that not eventually disappear? No! Why, I'll tell u, when u deprive ur body of food it will start to shut down and slow to a stop almost! So no more healthy weight loss. Instead u eat your lean muscle tissue leaving u weak and as a result of no eating u feel lethargic!

Look into different types of food, eg I would always have chicken with rice! I would have 150g of chicken and 75g of rice! Wrong! Now I have 70g of chicken with 65g (dry weight) of quinoa!
Research and stay clear of fad diets like HCG! Look at the health risks! -

I use livestrong app to track my intake and you will be suprised at how much you eat. Then set a calorie gosland stick to it!

Just don't do cardio all day and crunches. If you ever noticed the only people who do that is big people. Bodybuilding.com has some awesome free weight loss programs that don't suck.
