Where did matter come from?
Forums › General Discussion › Where did matter come from?-
I think its impossible to believe that god formed our universe from within space. For him to be floating around us is not possible considering the power of the big bang.
Aswell matter is a big question but mass is a bigger one that we are trying to uncover. I think matter is a type of liquid gas or ferrofluid. Although magnetic energy cannot flow through space. So i dont know. Although i have personal reservations about black holes, one being that i can see how they work. Example, if u had a sink full of water the water would escape through a plug hole, but the blaxck holes are moving in a 4or 5d dimension in that they can suck the space around them and leave space behind the untouched... Boggled😓😓

According to Einstein energy can be converted into matter so when the big bang formed I reckon that there was such a force that the energy was transformed into matter or something like that lol I may be wrong lol
-
If there was no matter, there would be no universe. No universe, means no you or me. Therefore the concept of matter relies on our existence. If we did not exist to confirm matters existence then matter would not exist. Quid pro quo matter originates with our existence.

The universe always existed. Didn't start, won't end. Surely that is the only logical answer?

Here's a great series on all the big questions on the fabric of the known universe. Enjoy.

God created time. Therefore, He was always there, and always will be, because time doesn't affect Him.Back to the scientific debate!

If space is continually expanding or even expanding & contracting for that mater, what is on the other side of space?
-
What's the matter?

Actually, heres a good one, okay u know the way we have like 40million sperm a time? Maybe we are a big lab experiment seeing what will form depending on conditions, we are in a jar on some scientists shelf, this scientist is old and green....

The universe was in a state of low entropy. Given enough time all of the possible variations will occur. So at one point everything we know was condensed. And kinda like an atomic bomb it reached critical mass and boom, outward expansion. Matter did not come from nothing. Like someone said before matter and energy can change form but cannot be created or destroyed. So something that cannot be created or destroyed must have just been here. Not created by anything.

The true origins of the universe are too stagering for our monkey brains to comprehend. (Sometimes, but not by all peoples, it is attributed to (a) God(s))

The only acceptable answer the origin of go is this " I do not know and can't begin to explain in any lucid way. It doesn't make sense and has no roots in logic, yet I choose to believe anyways." hence why we call it faith

It matters not how matter became to be,the matter of the question you are really wondering is what came first the matter or the object to create matter and as a matter of fact the matter that which you are referring to (the original subject matter) boils down to the same principal of this similar matter which is quite simply put"what came first the chicken or the egg? " Which wouldn't make a difference or matter to any one to posses this knowledge the reason being it simply doesn't matter ! 😁

Well as science has proven energy and matter cannot be made it destroyed, it can only go back and forth in firms. So matter/energy has always and will always be here. :)

Also i love how religious people seem to think they win because we don't have an answer for something like that. We are a young species and have A LOT to learn. The answers we don't have now, may be known in a hundreds years or so. But atleast we are looking for the truth, and not just give up and fall into a cult :)

Alright I usually don't post in these typeset forums, I bieber in one god, who created the universe. I am open to scientific answers to things and am more than welcome to agree that the big bang happend. You say, " we'll then where did god come from? He just came out of thin air?" we'll that's exactly what u are saying about the big bang. Absolutely nothing just gets under so much pressure it turns in to the unlimited universe with living creatures, on accedent?!? If u really study the earth, and just how amazing just one tiny little atom, is so amazing! And cells ect. The world and everything is too perfect for this to all happend on accedent from IMPOSSIBLE matter just randomly appearing!! And don't get me wrong, I'm 99.99999999% sure the world was created by the big bang, but it was from god. If u just think on how amazing the world is, u would realize that there is a god.

I'm not going to go into on which religion I belive is right because I know what I believe and that's that, but many scientists, after studying the world, realize how beautiful it is, and they then believe in god. That's all I have to say......
