You also could have just sent Nick some feedback asking him about it. Then he could have made a decision & announced it before people built & became attached to their water turf. 😋

I'm not complaining about you exposing it. I was just stating my thoughts on the whole thing in general. I think the idea of having a turf on water is a kind of novel & interesting idea. However, even if I had known about the exploit & then planned to use it, it would take me forever to turf hop from here to Galveston. Plus, I don't think it would really give me any income, which I need my turf to do at this point.

I exposed it so others coukd have fun... If you read tge water walking thread I didn't talk of exploting it I talked of exploring the far regions of our globe... I save I turf hop I explore... That was my purpose... But hey blame me... I love a good debate... 🚕

U guys shouldnt blame Rob the Cabbie. Sure he made a thread about the exploit, but he wasnt the one that told everyone how its done. That my friends was thuglife.

If someone was spoofing why the fuck would they build on water? If anything players who DONT have players around them would build across water to get somewhere. Maybe nick should build it so players in low population have more options.

I still don't feel this has been answered . Ok so we know about water turfs and we know you will allow interstate travel . What about a park or field ????? Will this be tolerated ? Noone wants to wake up one morning with a reset account bescause the rules are not clear. Would there be there be a warning first ? Do it again and ur toast ?? With a river if you can keep a small piece of turf on the edge can u forge to the other side if the next turf also reaches the other side ??everyone needs to know these answers rather than just endlessly moaning

In the southern states can we build turf on the oil slicks... I'm sure by the time BP figures out a solution it will be so thick they will just pave it into a parkinglot... 🚕

I know that maybe there still needs to be some clarification in regards to land-based travel where the geocoder won't allow. But for anyone who is upset/frustrated or who doesn't understand why this is happening or why your turfs might be destroyed...think of it this way. Imagine that, from the beginning, that TW never had the opportunity to "trick" the geocoder and place turf in non-road areas. Imagine that those water-hopping days never happened. Now...if you can imagine that...just understand that it will be reality come Monday. That's really all there is to it. Sure, it was great while it lasted, and many of us used it...most probably thinking that it wasn't wrong at all. But, as Nick has explained, it's obvious that it was never intended to be an option in the game...and it's obvious that he's going to do his best to ensure that it's not a part of game in the future...and that very few people will have benefited from it's use.
