You can't compare unconventional forces to conventional forces it's hard for it to work. But the Marines because they are I think right now at 2 infantry division whereas the seals aren't great in size. At an individual soldier stand point SEALs but as a company(100-250 men) I say Marines

"One current and one former U.S. official said that the dead included 25 Navy SEALs from SEAL Team Six, the unit that carried out the raid in Pakistan in May that killed bin Laden. They were being flown by a crew of the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment."A few of them died when their helo it shot down. None that were involved in the bin laden raid. They're still around.
I'm not a believer of conspiracy theories. At all. But I am a believer that the government absolutely can, has, and will keep some information from ever getting out through distortion of information.
If a helicopter crashes, insurgents always claim they shot it down. If a soldier gets exploded into mist, insurgents always claim they have them held hostage.

You cannot know if the helicopter crashed, was shot down, or if those men died in the OBL raid and this was a cover up for that. It certainly would not be the first time that they covered up something that would attract negative attention, and not the first in recent years either. Just like Pat Tillman.
I don't beleive that these men were killed to silence them, but I certainly do find the possibility that these men died in the raid and that this was a cover up for that extremely high.

Well however they died, not all of seal team 6 was killed, and according to reports that I heard, the ones that did were not involved in the obl raid. Exactly. None of the ST6 members of the OBL mission were on the CH-47 that went down. ST6 if I remember correctly consist of 55 men.Tweek wrote:

And Pat Tillman was killed by enemy fire, and Jessica Lynch was a hero.

Air Force Combat Control....The marines covert group is called Recon or Force Recon. Also you guys left out the Green barets, which is the step above Army Ranger which is a step above Airborne. The Air Force has a special ops group that for the most part is used for going in and bringing out downed air crew. I can't remember what they're called but from the training I seen them doing, they are right up there with Army Ranger.

I don't know about that. I can think of two badder groups. SEALS are about equal to Green Beret but both pale compared to Delta Force and Pathfinders. PF's are BAMFs.First of all, the navy seals are the most badass mofos in the US Military. Second of all, the marines are a branch, where as the seals are not. Third, same team.
