That's just it. Darwin has zero proof.Dino Marchetti wrote:
Explain a alternate theory with more proof thenYou guys are taking a snapshot (this bacteria is now resistant to Chemical X) and trying to extrapolate that backwards over eons. The problem is there are so many missing links that Darwin's Theory just doesn't hold up. I concede organisms can change. But I cannot concede we all evolved from primordial ooze. When I discuss "evolution" I'm talking about Darwin's theory.

Explain am alternate theory that has more evidence than evolution then

It's an example of specific evolution that has occurred over thousands of generations, but has been observed becoming more complex over the last 80 years.I see Fizzone. But now I don't get what you're trying to prove now. Lol.

Well there is no exact definition on the process we label as 'evolution'. There is so many different ways it could have happened, we can only theorize what exactly happened that starter this all. The explanations are limited only by the mind. The mind has no limit on what it can think but the provider that allows it limits the minds capacity, in our human case it is the brain. It only uses a mere 12 watts of electrity so it created short cuts to make up for this lack of sufficient capacity. Also, the imagination of what the mind can create is limited to the conscious's and subconscious's knowledge. We are heavily influenced by our surrounding physical world so imagining something not in it is almost impossible. Can you imagine a significantly different color you have never seen? Yes but the odds are so slim it is consider useless when considering it in our reality. -

Point is this. We know that life forms mutate and evolve. It's been observed in single cell organisms.
No that's not true. Most adaptive behaviors are to colonize unused environments. They are a reaction to favorable conditions, not to deadly or dangerous ones.

Simply because we have not been around nearly as long as dogs ancestors and not every mutation is exactly needed. Mutations happen by pure chance sometimes and not all of them continue for a long time nor do they have uses. A dog had a mutation in it's ancestry a long time ago to develop wet coated noses so they can smell on a much broader range than us for example.Carpenter wrote:

What about senses? Why can't we smell as well as dogs, why can't we see as well as falcons? Those areas can't already be colonized. And, why did we evolve to conquer land if thousands of species had already been living there? Why could apes and humans coexist if we live in the same conditions?Carpenter wrote:

If you're getting into the chromosome thing you should know how the first nucleic acids formed.
Scientists have figured out that if lightning strikes lava it creates a reaction that in turn creates an amino acid. Over time it mutates and get's bigger (Over billions of years.) and becomes an organism.
We basically named that till now evolution.
It's fact, not a theory. It's just missing some parts of the time line is all. -
Because that's not how God made us. He made each animal for exactly the purpose the needed to serve. But that puts us on a topic for a whole other thread.

@ Carpenter, we evolves into our dominating species because of mutations. We became bipedal, developed an amazingly complex brain, and we have apposible thumbs. We developed a complex brain but at the price of lower-in-sensitivity senses. We used our brain's abilities to start manipulating our surrounding to a form if advantage previously unused almost. We turned a rock into a weapon or used it to create loud sounds for guarding our territory or used it to carve out spears and other forms of bladed weapons. We became bipedal and a benefit was easier terrain navigation and larger amounts of food could be carried. We over time created technology that soon made up for our lack of senses and then some.

@UnknownAssassin
If we didn't have the advantages of heightened senses during the time we evolved our dominating brain power, what protected us during that time? Before we could use our spears, rock weapons, etc. -

What protects a modern animal now? Nothing but what they had with them like claws and teeth. We were prey but we were numerous and spread out, so while we developed technology we were vulnerable but so was every other animal on the planet. We survived because there was still plenty of humans that continued on living.@UnknownAssassin

Yea but it is technology right? Technology is basically the use of using our surrounding to an advantage. Using a stick to gather food is technology, simple but still technology non the less. Technology is not just cars and other metal and electronic objects.Carpenter wrote:

Think about this. How do monkeys and apes do it? They hide in freest and caves. When we couldn't beat the predator, we tried to avoid it. There are some primates that use rocks and sticks as tools in the wild, my guess would be we had that going for us long before we got near modern man.Carpenter wrote:
