I saw the post on chained hunter and have to wonder. Are we really secure on our investments? Many of us invest thousands. We should know that it's secure

I was responding to his post as it was modded. I highly doubt he deleted it himself.
As I was going to post, Chained Hunter, I'm willing to put my name and account on the line for you and ask that support for once respond to us and tell us why they won't re-instate you. Maybe Belials post will be deleted shortly, maybe I'll be banned or maybe we'll both be banned. But there's a lot of bullshit going on and we deserve to know as paying customers. This is not how you treat loyalty. Where is our account security?

What going on? Why are multiple threads being taken down while we are trying to discuss a serious issue with the game? Regardless of how THEY feel about him I have legitimate concerns about:
1: the security of my account
2. Support helping fix errors
3. Support even responding to feedback. This has been an issue for many in the recent past.DEV TEAM and Nick,
I hope you seriously examine how the support responds/doesn't respond to paying customers. I do not want to continue supporting a game that doesn't support us. -

I spent well over $200 on this game. I lost all that money because they won't restore. If they did restore I would definitely keep playing and paying but...

With all do respect OTB, this is not an end of story scenario. I would TW strike just to see chained get his account back (no offense chained) but support has been slacking for some time now and this needs to be corrected

OTB: That's not what my friend is telling me. Besides, he doesn't even know what emoji are, and he sad this name is gay. I dunno why he would give me this name and how he would get emoji. Also on every single game he plays, he uses the name wooow5234. Why change it with this game?

Guys don't be naive and follow up supports ass. We've all seen from recent threads that's they are by no means angels and they couldn't care less.
At the end of the day, the more you spend, the more slack they give you.

We need fail safes. I've asked for it before. Why can't i put a pin on the reset button? Or better yet remove it completely and have to message support to get it put back

I was banned from forms three weeks ago still no reason why even tho I send a message saying I wanted to know why I received a ban from the forms.
No response back. I pay And want support. -

It took five messages to get a response once and by the fifth I was very clear that I had put money into this game and wouldn't until I got a response. It shouldn't take threats for them to do their job!
