There's a person who keeps on capping all my inf.86 turf and destroying them an capping and keeping inf.86+ turf for himself. Stole at least 10 turf from me. Does that count as bullying?

Yes, I know, but even if he loses half the time, he can still cap me. I had to sell half of my Tommy guns to keep from going into negative income.

He capped all my turf in the area - now I have to build new turfs to cap back, and I have to wait 24 hrs. To do it. On the other hand, he can cap all my new turf as soon as he wants.

At your size mob, you should have Kevlar for all your mob members + Galesi Pistols to cover defense & use Grenades for your attack. All these item go without upkeep. Good luck with this bully.

He's taking all my turf in his area and just took another, even though I bought all defensive upgrades. Basically, he caps all my turf as soon as I build it if it's in his area.

If he directly attacks me, then I'll lose most of the time, not him.

He's not that well armed, given your level you've been playing a while, hate to be the one to say it but punch some codes. You could stick a couple hundred members in if you punched for half an hour, seriously, at your size it won't take long.

At this point you should easily have at least 1500, which is less than the average. You need to read the "How to arm your mob" thread in the help forum. Defensive upgrades basically just take all of your money; they rarely stop anyone from capping. Build your turf out of the capture range of this guy while you mob up.

I am in the area and xtan is not being bullied, he took half this guys turf and now is mad that the guys taking it back! I think he did take a couple from xtan, but they were built in the middle of the other guys turf!

Check out xtan story, it makesno sense and look at the guys turf, almost all of it was created by rram32, not xtan.... Xtan just wants help fighting, he isn't being bullied.

There is a turf cap, how could he have as many as he does and take "10" from you?

By your own admission you won most of the fights and your fight percentage shows that. I've watched and he is not bullying you.
