10 means the total amount that he took from me, not in one day. I think that the turf cap limit is for one day, if you reach that limit you will have to wait for the next day to cap.

No sense to me! You have a good fight percentage, said you won most fights, the guy wasn't well armed. He hasn't bothered you, although you have turf within capture range and the others in the area aren't having issues with him.
