Fellow yawners. Just a quick reminder to yawn often and yawn well. All those in need of yawning practice should contact our great leader in the first instance or myself should our leader be asleep.
Yawning tips will be given in due course for all new recruits should this be necessary and are available on request.
-
One final note. Just a reminder that a well performed yawn will set up a perfect nap or sleep naturally, which is why it is so important to perfect your yawn.
-
Also, remember that of you want anything posted on the wiki, message me in my dream, so I won't forget.

The wiki page is on-line, be sure to read it!
Now I'am tired, so be dure to read silently ;-) -
That's a good piece of work Don Daan. Very funny and a true reflection of the Yawn origins !!! Well done!
May yawn be with u

At our great leader's request I have been asked to compile a history of great historical figures who were members of yawn.
I will attempt a scholarly review of world history highlighting each individuals yawn affiliation and how being a yawner helped them become a part of history.
This may take some time as I'm sure naps will be needed due to the strenuous activity of this work so please bear with me. But stay tuned...

The history of the wheel...
Caveman was a regular caveman like all the other hunter gatherers in his tribe. He was unremarkable except for his love of sleep and yawning.
He would find his tribes hunting antics were performed at anti social hours, usually at nap times or times if sleep. He also found moving caves a bit of a chore. However, his wife, cavewoman would regularly moan about the cave being too small and in need of repair and how a new cave would solve their problems.
Caveman pondered long and hard and being a clever soul he decided he would sleep on the idea. As he slept inspiration dawned on him. (Angel song, soft focus lens). He realised all that was needed were 4 circular slabs of stone with an axle and he could transport himself and cavewoman and their belongings to the newer bigger cave (with all the pre historic mod cons) with minimal effort and in such a quick time that naps would be adhered to.

As such, the wheel was born and thanks to this yawner we have all benefited. Many have tried since, but time has shown that you cannot reinvent the wheel.

Another great Yawn devotee was that of René Decartes who had many dream visions that lead him to great discoveries in his life time. Read this and fall asleep:
http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/René_Descartes?wasRedirected=true
He was undone and died when Queen Christina of Sweden, whom he was tutoring, demanded he tutor her early in the morning. This plainly caused his death as he was accustomed to awake no earlier than noon.

Lesson here members is to never put yourself in a position that could deprive you of sleep. No matter how great, wonderful, or prestigious it seems losing or disrupting sleep patterns could lead to ones demise.

In Sebastiano Ricci's painting of Alexander and Diogenes we see a scene described in the life of Alexander as written by Plutarch. In this scene we see the greatest and most powerful ruler of the time serve as a shield from the sun for our Yawn member Diogenes. You may read Alexander wish he could be Diogenes. The story will certainly send one to a rolling snore.

My advice would be do onto others as u would have done to u...just because Rhino hit u didn't mean u should hit me, not when u were soooo close to a decent hour....
My morning has now been thrown off balance, I will need to nap strong today to recover

BC, the great Yawnweh (which translates roughly as "I sleep, therefore I am"), has chastised you appropriately. Accept this chastisement lest it behoove him to take away your nap time and blankie.
-
I accept my chastisement as stated above. I was seduced by the cold side of the pillow. I'm just saying chastisement should be equal. Or are dbr exempt from yawn chastisement?
-
Sleepless is as sleepless does. Long nights of tossing and turning will befall the blasphemers. You have shown humility. You shall be saved.

Hey, how can i join ??

RB - listen to cdndiver for he (or she) is enlightened!!! You have lost your way, to take action against non believers at silly o'clock is one thing, for they no not the ways of yawn! But to take out frustrations on me, alas, that is a bitter pill to swallow! But fear not, for each mistake made, a lesson is Learnt !!

Yawwwwwwwwwwwm. Damn. So close but yet so far. Have to keep practising.

In the beginning, the great Yawnweh said "let there be light", and there was light. Then Yawnweh took the next 24 hours off. The lesson here is that hard work pays off in the long run, but sleeping pays off now.
