Cats have always been important in history, worshipped in ancient Egypt, and of course a favourite pet familiar of a witch, mysterious creatures with a mind of ther own, yes if the cat could talk what do you think he would tell us? Probably " hurry up with that Whiskas fatty".

Cats can sleep on anything at any time.
You have to respect the cat.
It can't be a coincidence that they have been worshipped all this time. -
Don't know about cats sleeping on anything, I've yet to see one dozing on a flaming barbecue,Lol.

Ah what of newborns? They use the power of yawn to get 16+ hours of sleep a day but keep those around them from their sleep.

I think we at Yawn should be providing guidance for all those in need of a good nights sleep, with this in mind I will in future posts be providing help along with other members who have solutions and tips.

Do not eat too late for this will slow down the ability to sleep, unless you eat LOADS then all that blood going to your digestive tract will make you sleepy.

Sleep tip - alcohol, yes my friends booze can be your best friend if you want sleep, of course there's a fine line here, too much and you run the risk of hurting yourself, too little and it's a waste, weekends are the best times to drink, Friday and saturday nights a favorite, regrettably I can't tell you how much booze it would take for Yawneth to take you, 15 pints for some and 1 pint for others, oh and the term "getting pissed" is a warning, you may wake in the middle of the night in a wet mess, you've peed yourself, and too drunk to sort it out!, this is a disaster, your bed may be ruined, worse case scenario is when youve pissed and shit the bed, You may never be the same again.

Actually alcohol worsens the quality of your sleep. Quality is just as important as quantity.

If I do drink it's normally either a pear cider or a real ginger bear called Crabbies, it's really good, can you get it over in the states?

I too like the Ginger beer... Not sure how it helps with sleep though all that sugar and bubbles....

Ginger bears, lol! Idk if we have ginger beer; I've never looked. We have Gingerale, but that's a soda & isn't alcoholic.
