The game is called Turf Wars. Having 1 or 2 turf capped is not worth starting a V over. It's not even worth pm'ing the person that capped you. No one actually needs a reason to cap, since it's a war game. Sometimes people just cap for fun. So if you lose a couple turf, replant & move on.

You can always start a V on a player that is harassing you - whether they are a capo or not really doesn't matter.
