Mob limits.

Something like mafia wars did. Put a huge limit on mob. Then make attack and defense count for more and the attack and defense from each mob member makes a difference. This gives am incentive to mob but puts everyone on an equal level

Add in a larger mix of loot too, with lots of different stats/rarity and you're heading in the right direction.
This games relatively limited loot pool means mob means more than it really should.

Belial may very well be on to something. The game will get stale at somepoint if everyone is punching codes forever and never catching the top guys. Plus currently when someone gets tired of punching, they quit. It'd be nice to have a light at the end of the tunnel at least.
I'm thinking 25k would be a nice even number. Hard to attain a 25k true mob. Plus then it would actually pay to refill stamina and run missions. Currently I can just punch codes for free.
Probably won't happen but still would be nice.

Good idea. But not 25k True mob. 25k total mob. Otherwise people could still get bigger by buying hench. I'd be more willing to punch if I saw there was a chance of catching up with the older players.

Who is thuglial? Belial or thuglife? If it's thuglife then I love the idea, if not then it's terrible.

I'm not too sure about this idea. Wouldnt you stop playing once you hit GodFather and Maxium Mob? Seen as there is nothing to do?

I can see where belial is going with is but I'm not sure limiting mob is the answer tbh. Example you're at 400 mob and an enemy is at 500 mob. They can cap you quite easily. If you're at 15k mob and your enemy is at 15,100 mob they can't unless they are fully armed up and use the random factor for help. As mobs grow this aspect will only create a bigger problem and the game will get stale. Take it to an extreme and if someone has 100k mob and their enemy has 101k mob there will be little chance of any capping going on.
Not all of us are in this to turf hug you know. What is the solution? I don't know...

That's why the theory is having other factors help decide fights.

Examples please. I think maybe having different attack defence combos so that different weapons have strengths against other weapons but would be weak to others. Bit like rock, paper, scissors. I really like the idea of adding up att/defense skills of each of your individual individual mob. I like the weapon ideas too but imagine teaching that to noobs.

I think this idea has some merit... It does at least make mob seem more attainable. A bit more of a gap-narrower. Hmmm...

Fix skill points being worthless and I can see it solving this problem.

Or add a crapload Of weapons and armor with different benefits against other weapons and armor to had an element of strategy. And make weapons harder to get not where you can gO buy 2000 without even thinking about it.
