Your comments date back to a year ago so you can't say you punch. Also your reason for not punching "I know I'll never make it to the top" is stupid. I may not be near the top but I have only been playing four months now. If I joined back when you did I could easily be near a 40k mob which is good enough to hold your own in most cases. You only have yourself to blame for being too lazy. Now stop complaining in the forums and go punch so that this time next year you don't have to realise you have wasted yet another year where you could have risen quite high.♛Çąŋժूƴɱąŋ♛ wrote:
I do punch. Just not as actively as others because I know I won't get to the top here because of the reason I stated here before.✂.

Oh and I really wish this thread would die, it's not going to happen. Either accept it or go play another game.
Now I refuse to comment in here again.

This makes sense. I started a little after you and I am also doing fine.A whole month, sorry I thought you were a new player.
I started almost a year after the game came out, I think I'm doing okay. Stop worrying about everyone else and concentrate on you, you'll have more fun. This "is" a game after all. ✊
I understand the frustration with mob gap. It was 20k when I started and it seemed hopeless.
The longer you punch codes the ratio of mobs bigger to mob lowers than yours shifts. Before you know know it you will have less bigger mobs and more smaller ones. Most likely you will be friends with a lot of the mobs bigger than yours as well.
Remember your mob = your mob + your friends mob.
Leader boards aren't everything.

Exactly a new map means no inactives which will benefit everyone in one way or another

How does "no inactives" benefit anyone? Inactives allow players with low mobs, such as yourself, to tax freely without fear of retaliation or them moving. No inactives would be boring and the income would suck as well.Exactly a new map means no inactives which will benefit everyone in one way or another

Grat point !!!!!How do I get the inactive mobs in my mob that all the top mobsters have? (rhetorical question)
Cuz even if I put the effort, I'll never get those mobs members. Not unless Nick built in a system that takes out people from your mob that haven't logged in to the game for a set tine period. This way top mobster can't alway be on top simply because they got in first. You should not only gave to work to get to the top but you should also have to work to maintain it.

That would be pointless and people have spent money on this game

@☆ A〽NESTY ☆
When I first started playing, I didn't play for long. I left the game almost after 2-3 weeks into the game. I only became active again 7-8 months ago. When I became active again, I had joined grad school while working full time. Didn't give much time to punch. I punched maybe 50-100 codes when I got breaks between classes and stiff. Right now I am punching more sice I am only taking 1 class in the summer.
You may think I have wasted a year aincemy mob didn't increase. I feel I was busy with more productive things. You may think I'm lazy. I feel I was more active in more pressing matters.
I come play this game to have fun while competing to be at the top. You may not play to get to the top butnot every plays with a mentality like urs. If I am not competing to get to the top I feel there is no point to the game. If there is technically no way for me to get to the top then that kills the point of the game to a degree.

Exactly the same.
Enough said....because what's the point of punching codes for hours if you will never get close to the top.

I guess but it's just not the same. Gonna restart and for what? -

Well then go find another game where you can compete to get to the top. I play a lot of games for different reasons. A good example is first person shooters on the console. I play cod for killwhoreing and stuff and battlefield to play the objective. If you don't like how this game is go find another one that suits your needs. I'm sure there is a game out there for you!@☆ A〽NESTY ☆

👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 ... I've only been playing a few months.. And I've put too much time into it to restart... And im not high mob or lvl.. Too many players have spent a decent amount of money on TW

A new turf wars game would fatal.I'll tell tou why.I recently had this player going on the rampage with me and if I didn't have the help of a few top players I would have been wiped out completely,so definitely no turf wars2

I would like to see henchmen disapear from the game....
-
I don't agree with this idea but if it were to happen it should have a different theme like maybe a MC(motorcycle club) kinda like Sons of Anarchy. It would have charters instead of mobsters and change all the aspects of the game towards that theme.
-
Stupid idea. I don't want to punch another +7000 codes for tw2
-
Booooo! This idea is the worst, @ heroic beast new players join as fast as people go inactive so as long as you punch it's possible tho get up there
-
This idea has been suggested again & the arguments here are pertinent, IMO.

How this would be a bad thing? Would be cool if they put a bigger version on the likes of Steam.
At this point there's virtually no use starting the game unless you feel you can hold down your town in the middle of nowhere, otherwise you have to put years of punching codes in to maybe be relevant. There aren't even enough people who play the game now for getting near the top to be feasible.
Look how good Plague Inc. is on PC compared to the app, imagine Turf Wars.
Also imagine we could have minigames in it like a "showdown" where you equip a weapon, armour and melee to challenge another mobster in a top down battle, like in the first GTA game.
That would be fucking awesome, obviously the current architecture of the game couldn't do such a thing.Seriously though how cool would that be? Then we could have epic personal duels or small scale mob battles, tournaments like that would be superb.
I'm sure the devs would have made enough money to do such a thing. Most Steam games are cheap. -
Why are you comparing PC games to apps? I'm not sure if nick would want to even try to make a PC version, considering the main idea is a GPS-based game. It could also open up whole new cheating issues.
Relevant to whom? Why would you care if other people think you are "relevant?" It's your opinion that matters. You don't have to have a large mob to make friends & allies or fight wars. If your only goal is to be at the top of the mob leader board, then you either need to learn more about the game (as punching codes isn't the fun aspect) or, yeah, maybe you should quit.
-
You started playing in 2011. It looks like you quit, came back a year ago, then quit again. If you'd kept playing & even punched codes on & off, you'd have a good-sized mob. Increasing your mob is a matter of punching codes over time. It doesn't happen quickly for anyone.

Nope. Never gonna happen. You know what will? Another gps game. And all of what, tws 100-200k players will say hey, that looks good. Lets go play that. And then we will be left with >1k players. And over and over and over.
