The only problem i see with this is what will happen if you have a Capo like NYC? Or San Francisco or London? You'll make billions in no time flat. Giving you a huge advantage. Id say make a limit on the profit you'll get. Like of your capo of an area with max income all your turfs will make an extra 5k in that area.if its in a low income area all your turfs will make a extra profit of 2k or something like that. In areas your the only person no extra income boost

People who are capo of large cities have earned it. They should just get whatever people pay for police protection for that city.

You only have to pay the Capo during the time you defense is weakened due to being new in the area. That would solve the over crowded areas and help the new players just starting out.

Yes!!! However it should be a lower percentage for the higher the mob you have. For example a player with 5k mob would get say 5% of every turf in the area he controls where say a player with 35k mob would get 2.5%. This way it keeps it a little more balanced but not to the point where it discourages the bigger mobs for even caring.
