Proximaty Detector- equipable to one turf but you can get lots of them. It alerts you if a player is within a certain radius of your turf. you can select turfs as ok or alert for more activity eg. lowered influence or increased. turf built from that turf.

Like when you successfully run a risky mission, on rare occasions, a message pops up that says something like "The Don has taken notice of your criminalistic talents. As a token of your favorable impression, you are hereby rewarded with 5 Don Points."
....or something like that.

What about building for loot like a hospital you get to decide in witch turf to place it and it increses turf influence. It also decrese the time needed to heal and a gym for satima and a helth food shop for energy

If there loot itams have the chance of getting set to about once a week that way there hard to get and it's hard to keep them. You have to think where to place them in built up areas you get more income but the turf is a bigger target

Trailer HQ- A turf which you can move about. Not too far, just 2x its build radius. one move per 12 hours. makes turf hopping cheaper but longer.

(unnamed)- increases your influence so you can plot turf further away. And the 'nearby mobsters' would list more people further away

Growth hormones allowes u to rais ur turfs influence to 100 untill someone attacks it and lowers it's influence or the controller of the turf tears it down.

I thought I was gunna beat u to it.. Hookers or for the classy people escorts.. That would be more income. Also some kinda grow house like cartel wars seems like a fun idea

Painkillers - Allows you to take less damage from fights for x hours for slightly lowered defence.
