I was thinking that a capo of a town should have the ability to broadcast a message out to all players within the city they control. This may help in increasing interactivity among players ^_^

I give the idea merit but to be fair don't really think its a game. changer...... Get to know the capo to all the areas you hop to (more than likely he/she will be capo of a number of areas your in)...... If your the capo, keep your eyes peeled, if you notice new players, invaders etc reach out👍

A capo in the mafia like sopranos is a big thing being a captain, here it doesn't mean shit, it's the opposite, you just become a target to get hit. Being a capo should have more benefits. Maybe pay a little protection to the capo, a small fee maybe. Idk but this broadcast idea is a good start!

This would have been awesome back when we had a sz in Houston. I used to post on everyone's wall when Gas Day was coming up & the inactive players that shouldn't be capped. Now we don't have an sz & there are too many players to post a heads up about Gas Day.
