The best addition to capo benefits I've seen suggested! I do believe it should be limited to say 1 broadcast per week or so. Maybe 1 every 2 weeks.

i don't think people abusing it to post code lists would be a problem.
i think if people abused it to post code it would just give others incentive to take capo.i like fizzone's suggestion. 1per week or 1 per day seems good

Max of 1 broadcast a day

If this idea was implemented, a separate news section would need to be added. If I received even 1 broadcast every other day from all the cities I'm not capo of, my wall would be overflowing, probably with stuff I wouldn't need.
