Recover an Old Account

Please be as detailed as possible, so we can help you recover your account. Please note that for account security reasons, we cannot recover accounts without sufficient verifiable information.

Please provide any emails you may have used with the account

If you can’t remember the old account’s name, please follow these steps on a desktop or laptop computer to locate it:

1. Go to the Turf Map.
2. Enter the name of your city & state in the “Search for your city” box.
3. Find one of the account’s turf on the Map (you can move your mouse over turf to see their owner).
4. Once you’ve found one of your turf, click the “Link to this spot” button, and copy the text in the box that pops up.
5. Paste the text into the box below:
