I don't see it happening either although I can't wait for it to eventually. I thought mayweather was already fighting before he goes in for his sentence.

Manny Pacquiao said mayweather and him can fit anything, anywhere that's what he said when he was interviewed after his fight, so this fight will happen but then again mayweather will have the advantage since Pacquaio cuts haven't healed yet.

I think PAC could take him but it's been scheduled before and it's fallen through. Mayweather already has another fight scheduled this spring. It's why they pushed back the date he has to report to serve his sentence.
