I should do that! I only make 1.2M after upkeep... I would make about 2.5M without upkeep.

When I did,it doubled my income.
I'm Thinking of taking all the 30 to 40k ones and put next to the 50 plus turf but it's risky,if anyone moves turf or makes bigger you lose the extra income
