Hello all.. Sorry to spam but this is pretty cool... Assuming you're down south of uk at least!

We're running a strongman competition on Feb 4th in Carmarthen, south Wales.

Five of the UK strongest men competing including UK Strongest man and Wales strongest man.

The competition is ridiculous, but the gentlemen and woman are very determined.
