Does anybody know the max rank? I'm getting mixed answers online...

Don't think there is one. I mean you'll keep leveling up until you've unlocked everything. It's non linear leveling.

I believe it is 81. Level 81 is attained through 100 in every skill.

Yea I'm dupelicating the deadric artifact that gives me +5 skill in a specific group. Ex. The stealth gives pickpocket, lockpick, sneak, and alchemy.
