My friends and I all decided to play this game a week or so ago, and since them I have the biggest influence and income of all of us. I attack them and get protection money from them. Is this considered bullying?@

No, it's part of the game... If you were hitting them constantly, stealing their turf, and trying to pressure them to stop playing, that would be bullying

Well with all of the other players on here that u could be attacking, it's kinda a dick move if u ask me. Just sayin

I generally attack them to give them money.

Ya if I had "real" friends playing this game with me I would be trying to work together instead of attacking them and making them pay u protection money ... I would love to have somebody playing this game with me I could really trust.

Attack them, talk and laugh about it to them , it's a game play it as one
