Cast iron pans are awesome for cooking meats & they last forever. The only downside is that they are pretty heavy.

cast iron is great it getting that nice crust on things. and u like the weight, but you have to keep them seasoned and can't wash them with dish detergent.

I am sure you can get all clad pans in aus. I bought my set ages ago, and I've never had to buy any more. they are available in sets or by the piece. and are not cheap, but well worth the investment. they will last a lifetime.

I asked and got the fry pan across the head. The indent says euv which is the vue label on the back backwards.
