Farewell
Forums › General Discussion › Farewell-
Hello All,
So, after playin this game for a while I've decided to cease playing. Why? Same reason everyone else has quit for: the game is too unbalanced.
I'm not complaining though. I'm hoping that, maybe after all 300 of thesse "quiting" threads, the DEVs will make a change.
The game is, basically, designed as a "farming" field for the older, larger players. You would think leveling, a way to be active and play long term, would provide an advantage but it doesn't. Those who started from day one and manages to cheat their way or legitly add EVERYONE will forever reign in this game. The smaller (mob sized) players are just farms for the larger players. For every turf we plant they take.
-
The main reason I'm quiting? The players who claim they're honorable and defend smaller players and only take turfs in order to "bridge" are hypocrites. The second their turf is taken by a larger player the look to take one from a smaller one. It's a vicious cycle but it is what it is.
So, farewell all. Hopefuly the developers will adjust the game to make it more fair and balanced for new players.

you came into this game with too much expectation. remember u pmed "dont attack me cuz im trying to make the leaderboard" and i warned u itd bed near impossible with a small, building mob?
this game has a strength in the team/social aspect. seems like u just wanted to fight
-
You started playing in feb. Your mob shouldve been somewhere between 2400 and 3000 by now. Mobbing up really isn't that difficult it's just work and knowhow. To say that you couldn't make it only because you started later is just an excuse
-
Look at me people I didn't start at day one. I even started very lazy about mob. I didn't start really trying until late feb early march and I made it. Because of sheer hard work and learning where and how to find those codes
-
👍same here started in december but didnt actually add mob and really play till late march. It is "work" but it's fun too.
-
You get what you put into this game

Someone else looking for a pity party!!!

I see both sides on this one. Yes, there is no excuse whining about this game and having a less than 2500 mob. Go to a code site and do the work.
I will say I am amazed that I have punched every code at invitecodematrix and been a religious invite forum poster for months and can't break the US top 20 mobster in terms of mob.
Basically.. It's my opinion that a new player has Zero chance of becoming a real force in this game without paying for big time respect points. -
You think this is easy? Like you'll float ur way to the top? I prefer if people capture my turfs.

very true. There are 100's in not 1000's of members of the larger mobs that I will never get in my mob because they have become inactive in the period from the big mobsters started playing and when I started playing. On the other hand, the larger mobsters have access to every mob member that I have access to (well nearly all, not the friends I make download the game to only add me, LoL).
-
On the other hand, I have been playing for less than 2 months (since Feb) and have already over 3k mob, so it is possible.
-
Correction to those who think I didn't "try":
I sent an averge of 300-1000 invites per day for over 2 months. I also never missed a single energy point when it came to training, aside from time spent sleeping. I DID my share of code punching, just because some of you have been doing it longer than me doesn't mean you should have your feet kissed. I came here without diarespectong anyone. You all need to get off your high horse and see that there's more to this game than punching in codes, or wait, there isn't. Saying I should have close to 3,000 mobs since febuary? Really? That's great! Too bad I stopped being active since early March.
-
Someone do me a favor and fond more than 20 people with less level than me who have more mob? Please?
Oh yeah, legit please. I don't want to see Anyone who adds codes via a Script they wrote, yes, I heard of a few members - I won't mention here.
-
And P S I, you put money into this game to get a competitive advantage. Even though there's nothing wrong with doing so, it's wrong to claim some one who hasn't paid isn't "trying" as hard.
-
everyone who came up in NYC had to figure out how to not get the shit beat out of them. talk to sleepy Pete and finraz. and mr bushwick. it's a rite of passage.
I dunno hats with all these farewell threads. I wish everyone would go out like Crabcakes. he did it in style.
-
I've been playing since February also. I have well over 3k mob. It takes alot of code punching. I've gone through matrix and now am going through ccdb. I agree it's no fun punching in codes. But it's the only way to compete. I agree that there Is no way to catch up with players that have been playing longer. Too many inactive accounts that don't accept mob invites. I would love to see this issue addressed.
-
I am currently the fourth largest mobster without henchmen involved. What the majority of u domt know is I started a month or two after the game was released. I was behind others at one point too. You don't become a top mobster overnight. I had these same frustrations you had too. I never thought I'd catch these guys either. But as time passes people quit playing this game and if you keep working you can work your way up the list. I remember Belial venting about his frustrations of not getting up this list too 6-8 weeks ago and I personally wrote him a message similar to this. And look now he's on the majority of the top mobsters list. If u can work hard and show some patience you'll get there sooner or later
-
exactly turfwarrior. and there are ways to catch up. code sites are good and necessary but its not enough. this game has had well over 20k players id bet and the biggest mob is what 4k? that means that 3/4 of the codes go untyped. you guys need to find every new player you can. give them your code asap. they may quit that day.some quit only inviting five people. if your one of those 5 gues what? you just caught up by one person. puy enough work in and youll get there.
-
as turfwarrior said i felt the same way. i got obsessed. so much so that i went thru my entire mob and counted everyone above me. you know what? ive gone up 10 spots since then. proof that it can be done
-
I completely agree with everything everyone stated in terms of mobbing up. You guys misunderstood me though. I simply said that having a Larger mob is the only factor in determining who wins. I'm not complaining, I just wish there was slightly more to the game than just that. Furthermore, I didn't lose 2 turfs and decided to quit. I started with 0, went up to 80, back to 0, then back to 70, then to 160, then down to 90, then up to 110, as now to where I am.
It really is hard work, respect to everyone who does it and is at the top.

One thing that makes this game great is that it's possible to compete without spending a dime (true I have personaly spent money). This is in direct contrast with a shit game such as the cartel. In that game there is literly no way that you can compete in that game without spending some serious cash.

read my reply again, buddy. "social aspects"
whydidnt u just develop tw friends/allies? u never asked me to join a vendetta or pm someone in case i knew them and could get them to stop. i have done this for others bc they asked
-
@Meeshka be patient there will be an update that will address the mob size wink wink 😉😱.
-
You know what? Fuck you! I'm not a top player! And I'm not complaining! Nothing ever happens where I am! It's boring! First turf I build and oh! Capo title! Geez, just stop fucking complaining and start building respect for yourself! By posting this thread your just humiliating your last days here!fuck off!

700 mob and 1500 influence doesn't make u a top mobster.

Prez, I completely agree with you. Having big friends in high places really does balance the scales in ones favor. When i came Into this game, just like anyone else who wants to preform well, I wanted to reach the leaderboard. I was hoping it could be done through school ad activity rather spending hours a day punching in numbers hopping someone on the other end will push "confirm"
hopefully they'll balance to help the new players compete without putting in months of effort just to stay alive.
