Congrats man I've been smoke free for two years. It's hard but soo worth it. Sense of smell improves, and sense of taste. And it feels great when your friends are going outside to freeze their asses off for a cig and your not. Just stick with it though it gets tough👍👍

Lol, yea no UK for me. I have family in the uk but that's it for me. I will eventually stop again just need to work out some personal issues first.

Nah man unfortunately we don't. Our healthcare system isn't like your guys they don't care about us as much lol

Each smoke takes off roughly 18 minutes of your life if not stopped soon! Waida go, I hope more oaks quit smoking

I quit smoking by switching to e-cigs. Still get my nicotine but no actual smoke. Works great for me, no withdrawals. It's like switching brands but much healthier. If considering trying e-cigs, do some research. The crap sold in malls and gas stations won't work. Best to buy quality hardware and good juice. E-cigarette-forum(dot)com is a good site to learn.

Seriously though, we should be thanking you for making the world smell that much better. I actually quit smoking tobacco years back because of how nasty everything smelt. It's so gross. Now I don't smell unless I forget to change the bong water.

Thanks all again :) I tried e cigs before, they didn't work out if I inhaled too much I ended up with a mouth full of what I hoped was a non toxic nicotine fluid thing lol, godess I've heard of those, well a version of them, they have no chemicals but apparently taste foul lol
