I recently had knee surgery so I'm barely getting back to working out before surgery I was about 250 and after surgery I dropped to 230 lost alot of muscle but now my workouts can not be standing up and I'm finding a hard way to work my lower back and middle back and any suggestions on how many reps I should do? I do 5 sets of 5 reps for each exercise. Any help is deeply appreciated

Recommend you seek out a quality personal trainer or a physical therapist in your area who can advise. Without being able to measure strength, stability, range of motion, etc. any advice you get here is suspect at best, and could even be dangerous.

Thank you guys for the advice and wishing me well I found doing back extensions is the best exercise for my back without using my legs
