Don't do it.
I had a secret alliance (yes I did, ask Lawrence)
It's too much work, and with those requirements I bet u half of the people won't care about the alliance, and the alliance will slowly crumble.

Bummer. Looks like the "TWSA" (Turf Wars Secret Alliance), is no longer secret.

Does that mean you'll have to change the alliance name now? I'm so confused.
