Does anyone else have a union boss in this game?

The union boss has to be used on a turf. Go to your profile manage inventory. Where it says "you" click that change to turf, select a Turf and equip the boss wherever you like. The horse head you have to go to someone else's profiled click use item and horse head, congrats you just sucked down a random amount of opponents stamina..

or you can just look for the turf you want based on the location list in your profile which will probably be easy to pin point a turf you want
and it's not a random amount it sucks out all of the stamina in a person
