My 3rd gen iPod touch the screen is having issues and doest respond to touch 90% of the time. Can I transfer my account to the new device?

I had a problem with my second gen iPod. It kept going white screen of death. If ur iPod doesnt respawn to most of ur touches, I have to say its broke. Sry, but it's broke. Sync it with ur computer and transfer all music/apps/videos/ect, and then wipe ur iPod. Restore ur iPod to factory settings. If that doesn't work, then go to you tube for the white screen of death for iPods. I suggest a 4th iPod as a good choice. I have one for 1 full year and no problems.

To answer your question yes, they will ask for your name(ie. mine is the inspector) and your password which you will set. Look at the transferring accounts section for more details.

Yeah it can be confusing, but just sync it and transfer all info to ur comp, then re download it on a new iPod
